If you LOVE dogs, then you have come to the right place. We are passionately devoted dog fans, dog trainers, behavioral consultants, and doggy advocates. We love everything about dogs (minus the need to roll in disgusting, stinky stuff).

During our years of parenting and helping other dog parents we discovered that good information about dogs, training, and behavior was disappointingly difficult to find.  In fact we found that bad information was the norm, further complicating the challenge to dog parents that want to have an enjoyable, happy family environment with their canine friends.  Sometimes due to the bad information, we have come across many challenging situations for dog parents that were at their wits end. But our focus has been to find practical, real world solutions and so we decided to create a place for dog parents to learn from our successes (and mistakes).

I has been deeply rewarding to be able to help dogs and their guardians, whatever their concerns. There is no better feeling in the world than seeing a once fearful, aggressive dog turn the corner and greet a visitor in the home with a happy, wagging tail and wiggly butt. We are thrilled and honored to be able to work with the wonderful, caring people who contact us to help with their beloved dogs, whatever their concerns.

Happily, the great majority of even the most serious behavioral problems can be resolved with the right approach. The purpose of this site is to bring you helpful information about a variety of doggy issues and concerns.
